You guys asked for it and it’s time for me to deliver! The ultimate skin perfecting smoothie is here for you to try and fall in love with! 🙂 I actually love making this smoothie when I’m feeling stressed or during PMS week to try and minimize any breakouts! This smoothie is filled with skin-enhancing nutrients and every single ingredient is so so good for you. I’ve been drinking this smoothie for months now and it’s really helped a lot so let’s get right into the ingredients!
SKIN PERFECTING SMOOTHIE:
Ingredients (makes 2-3 servings):
- 1 mango
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of spinach leaves
- handful of kale
- chia seeds
- splash of turmeric
- 7-8 mini carrots
- 1/2 avocado
- handful of frozen pineapples
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
- ice cubes!
- Collagen Peptides: I usually throw in 3 scoops of my Collagen Peptides in my Vitamix to help with my skin/hair/joints and all that good stuff! You can definitely replace this with your regular protein if you want something bulkier! I get my collagen peptides here.
