Sarina’s pink oasis nursery is finally complete right when she turned 2 months old and I’m so excited to share all the details with you all!!
We worked with Nestig for most of the room and everything turned out so perfect. Nestig was one of my dream collaborations and I still can’t even believe that I had the opportunity to team up with them for this very special project. If you have ordered anything from Nestig, you know the quality of their products are 10/10. For example, all of their cribs are made from sustainably-sourced materials and is non-toxic as well.
We have The Wave Crib in natural wood (it also comes in white). I love how it transitions from mini crib, to a full crib, to a toddler bed! It has lockable wheels which makes it incredibly convenient and easy to move around from room to room which is what we did for the first two months of her being downstairs!
I wanted Sarina’s room to feel girly and serene at the same time. It really feels like a pink oasis when you walk in the room. Both wallpapers we chose, the Busy Brook Wallpaper and the Watercolor Wallpaper, compliment each other so nicely. I love the monochromatic look of the two wallpapers together and I really think it creates a calm, water like scenery in the room. The Wave Crib ties wonderfully with the wallpaper as well.
Another item we love from Nestig is their Wave Dresser. The cabinet to the right has a rod where you can hang clothes which I thought was super unique as most dressers only have drawers. The functionality and look of this dresser is truly perfect. I also love the rounded edges because it creates a safe space for the room too.
To tie the entire room together, we got the Drew Oilo Glider which was a must for me!! It’s definitely an investment glider but oh my gosh, it is heavenly. I have a broken tailbone from delivery Kai and this glider is so comfortable and doesn’t hurt me at all when I sit there for too long. That was important to me because this is the spot where I nurse her and spend a lot of time with baby girl Sarina. We accessorized the room with a few other pieces like the mirror, butterflies and lamp. I will link those pieces here!
