smoothie series: my go-to morning smoothie for a healthy start

I’ve been having a smoothie every single morning the last few weeks and have made a few different kinds that I now alternate between. One of my go-to ones is this delicious blueberry spinach smoothie that is SO good for you and actually tastes delicious! After posting it on IG stories, I got so many DM’s on how I make it so I’m going to share the recipe on the blog so you guys can bookmark it!

Depending on the feedback of this blog post, I’ll likely continue the ‘smoothie series’ and post some of my other favorite smoothies (including one that is AMAZING for your skin!).


  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 5-6 strawberries
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • handful of kale
  • chia seeds
  • splash of turmeric
  • 2/3 cup of greek yogurt
  • a little honey
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • ice cubes!
  • Collagen Peptides: I usually throw in 3 scoops of my Collagen Peptides in my smoothie to help with my skin/hair/joints and all that good stuff! You can definitely replace this with your regular protein if you want something bulkier! I get my collagen peptides here.

This usually makes about 2 servings (one glass for me and one for the hubs!) and I use a Vitamix blender! I hope you give this a blend and let me know how you like it! Chat soon, loves!
