Who would have thought that I would be writing a blog post about babies?! 👶🏻Let’s not jump to conclusions, I’m not pregnant you guys! But my sister is! 😀 If you follow me on Snapchat (👻 itsmeNeets) you got to see some deets of the baby shower yesterday! I surprised my sister with a gift that I knew she would definitely need. It’s my sister’s first baby and she has no idea how pungent the smell of newborns can get sometimes! 💩 Granted, I don’t really know either but hey, I  think we can all guess that those diapers aren’t going to be smelling like roses! That’s why I went to Target and bought her the Playtex® Diaper Genie® Complete, which is seriously the best diaper pail to control odor! It doesn’t take long to set up and it’s exactly what every new mom needs!! I mean really think about it –  it’s going to be tough to run downstairs to the trash every time there’s a dirty diaper and you sure don’t want to just leave it in a regular bathroom trash can (could you imagine how bad it will stink up the room?!). All the instructions come in the manual, however, I’m going to list the steps I took in order to get the Genie up and going! See below for deets!!

1. Assemble the 3 parts of the Genie together (further detailed instructions in the manual).

2. Open the refill bag and pull the film up and out (further detailed instructions in the manual).

3. Tie the end that you pull out into a knot (further detailed instructions in the manual).

4. Step on the pedal and place the film in the Genie (further detailed instructions in the manual)!!
