A couple of days ago I made the silly mistake of updating my WordPress version and next thing I knew, I wasn’t able to access the backend of my website. I’m so LUCKY to have Chloédigital by my side you guys—I sent them an email and they took care of it so quickly!! I’m back at writing blog posts and this one is in partnership with Draper James! Reese Witherspoon started this company to honor her Southern heritage and her holiday collection is just so darling! I picked out this plaid ruffle top and it’s SO perfect for this season!! The bold red and plaid just screams fall and not to mention, it’s insanely cute!! I love pairing plaid with a good pair of jeans—something about those two reminds me of good ol’ Texas! 😉
I’m wearing a size 0 in the top so it definitely fits true to size!

For my second holiday look, I decided to bring back one of summer’s hottest trend—scallops! Remember seeing scallop swimsuits almost in every photo?! Mhm. This scalloped skirt is great for the holiday season because it has a festive beaded trim and it shines! I love the material and how classy it is overall. It’s not too short but not at a weird awkward length as well. I’m 5’4 for reference and I’m wearing a size 0. I threw on a belt to add definition to the outfit but it also helped the skirt fit better. I wish there was size 00 and I probably would have sized down! If you’re confused on sizes for this one, I’d likely size down!
