Hello blog family! Happy Tuesday!! 🙂 I hope everyone had an amazing and safe weekend!! I got some much needed R&R at Cape Cod this weekend and it was amazing. I’ll have an entire blog post talking about everything we did in Boston and Cape Cod, highlighting all my favorites and especially the hotel we stayed at (absolutely darling) so keep an eye out for that later this week!
Anyway, is there anyone else totally feeling rust this season? There’s just so much that can go with this color and it’s absolutely gorgeous for fall! I seriously love the patterns and prints that I’ve been seeing lately this fall which brings me to THIS ivory/rust boho patterned dress I found at at Nordstrom a couple of weeks ago! It’s a delicate little number that’s for sure, so watch out for wind!!! I kept the look minimal in terms of jewelry and accessories because I didn’t want to take away from the sleeve detail! I’m loving the delicate lace trims! 😻 I did pair this dress with some fabulous Ivanka Trump stilettos though and my oh my am I obsessed with these!! These open-toed, suede booties are ever so perfect for fall and they’re so versatile. It has the cutest floral perforations and lace-up straps which makes it even cuter!! Not to mention the tassels! 😻😻😻 I love shoes with the prettiest details so this is definitely going to be a fall staple of mine. They are on the pricier side in my opinion so I’ve tagged a few other similar ones here and here.
I’ve received a lot of messages about this extra-wide choker and I don’t blame y’all! I’ve been wearing it with a lot of my outfits lately, even to school! I absolutely love that it’s velvet (totally crushing on velvet and plaid this fall btw) and it’s super thick!! It comes in different colors which I may end up investing in soon but mine is brown, which it’s more of a golden color than brown. It’s the perfect touch to a lot of fall outfits and it’s only $15! Don’t be afraid to mix and match things up this season! There is no right or wrong really just make sure to keep it to a minimum 😉
