Happy first Monday of 2017!!! I hope you are keeping your New Year’s resolution this year (if you made one!). I actually did not technically make one this year – I’m just going to keep doing what I did last year because last year was pretty darn awesome, I must say. 💕 I’ve got a couple more weeks before I have to go back to my last semester of law school so you can bet your butt that I’ll be taking this opportunity to officially rebrand! I know I told you a few months back that itsmeNeets will be gone soon and soon is coming sooner than you think! 😉 Can’t wait to reveal the new me!
This look is what I actually wore for NYE and I wanted to recreate it because it’s so versatile and can be worn practically anywhere! There’s no excessive sparkle so yes you can wear it on January 2nd if you’d like! 😘 I love that this skirt is vegan and not to mention, the color is GORGEOUS. I love the soft pink – especially in January. Since it was a bit chilly, I paired this skirt with a slouchy pullover! I added a statement piece since it was NYE but you don’t have to if you don’t want to! This one I’m wearing is from Topshop and it’s the best thing ever. If you don’t own a statement piece, this is the one to get and well, if you do own a few, this definitely needs to be added to your collection! It’s super classy and the crystals are ever so dazzling! Plus, it’s only $30!
Yesterday, I shared with you guys one of my new favorite nude lipsticks and I wanted to link the product here because it’s honestly the BEST. I’m wearing it here and I started with the Charlotte Tilbury ‘Lip Cheat‘ in shade ‘pillowtalk‘ and my oh my is this my favorite nude liner!! If you got small lips like me, a liner is necessary in order to re-shape and give the appeal of fuller and more defined lips! This liner goes well with Charlotte Tilbury’s K.I.S.S.I.N.G Lipstick in shade ‘Penelope Pink‘! It’s moisturizing and goes on super smooth – I love how it compliments my natural lip color too!
