Gingham Dresses + $1000 Nordstrom Giveaway

Good morning and hello Monday! I hope everyone had a fun weekend spending time with family for Father’s Day!! <3 Today I wanted to share my favorite gingham dresses this summer! So last week I went to a fun little blogger event where I learned how to draw flowers (let’s just say drawing is not my forte) and I wore this little gingham number! Seriously, give me anything off-the-shoulder and/or gingham and I’ll be in love! I love the tie waist and cuff details on the sleeves– it just makes the dress that much better. The dress fits TTS (I actually got this in Petite XXS) and is great to wear in 90+ degree weather, trust me! I paired the dress with by far the best pompom straw tote I’ve ever laid my eyes on! I love how much room there is inside too, I can literally fit EVERYTHING in it (my laptop, iPad, wallet, keys, phone, lipstick, more makeup, notepad, charger, etc). Plus, it has a tassel charm that adds to the playful pompoms! It was 25% the other day when I shared it on Instagram but it’s back to it’s regular price. I’ll let y’all know if it goes on sale again!

Someone asked me the other day how I wear off-the-shoulder dresses or any dresses/tops that you don’t want your bra strap showing and lately I’ve been pretty obsessed with these. They are reusable too! I’ve used them about 6x so far and it’s still sticky. It lasts through the sweatiest of all sweaty days too so you don’t have to worry about them falling off, hah!
