Early Fall Vibes

Anyone else out there ready for fall?! I’m just seriously waiting on cooler weather so I can pull out my cozy light scarves and OTK boots! This past weekend I just couldn’t take it anymore and I just HAD to do a photoshoot of my new OTK boots. Yes, I did basically melt out in 93 degree weather (the things bloggers do for great content lol) but it was totally worth it! I can now relax a bit until the next time I get fall cravings but that’s besides the point. I’m here to basically talk up these boots and let me tell you why. I was never one to rock OTK boots mainly because the ones I’ve come across end up being super baggy around my calves. Literally it feels like I can fit both my legs in one boot and it just doesn’t feel RIGHT! This brings me to why I love these SO SO MUCH. I’ve never had boots that felt so snug!! These boots have a narrow calf circumference, 15″ to be exact and I guess these were all I needed all along! I got the chestnut color because I needed some boots in this shade but after wearing these this past weekend and feeling how COMFORTABLE they were, I’m debating whether I should get the black ones too! For reference, I got a size 7.5 which is my usual and they fit like a glove! This is definitely going to be a fall staple for me and I cannot stress enough how much you need these in your closet!! I mean what more can you ask for in boots!? Comfy? Check. Fits like a glove? Check. Incredibly stylish? Check. Perfect heel height? Check. Suede? Check. These boots just SCREAM fall!

Anyway, I paired these boots with an old skirt I got last season (similar here) and a cute sleeveless turtleneck from Nordstrom! I’m totally feeling turtlenecks for the fall so you’ll probably see a lot more of that on the blog! This one is a great option for early fall since it has cutaway armholes and not to mention the light orange shade helps bring out the spirit too! This tank is soft and doesn’t itch too, which is insanely important because I HATE itchy knit sweaters or tanks!!! 😡 Why do those even exist?! WHO IS GOING TO BE COMFORTABLE IN ITCHY MATERIAL?! So yes, this tank does NOT bother me a bit hence why it’s a keeper. And the fact that it’s only $29 🙌

I think I’ve temporarily cured my fall fever for now but you never know what can happen with my shoots this weekend! It’s all a mystery 😏
